What you will be doing

A yoga class adapted to your level and your body, consisting of a physical part, breathing exercises and a relaxing meditation at the end.

This experience is an opportunity to take care of yourself during the calmer days that the region invites, combining movement and physical well-being with the mental care that in the fast-paced life we lead is so often in the background. Enjoy your body, breathing and a calmer mind.

The activity can be done in nature or indoors, depending on weather conditions, includes a yoga mat and a block. All you need is comfortable clothes.
